When you contact us, complete a questionnaire, request an agent, register for an event, or inquire about joining our brokerage, we may collect your name, email, phone number, real estate preferences, professional information, and other details you provide.

We may also collect basic website usage information, including IP addresses, browser information, and pages visited, as described in Section 4.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, connect customers with real estate agents, provide requested services, manage event registrations, evaluate recruiting inquiries, improve our websites, and communicate relevant updates or marketing where permitted by law.

3. Information Sharing

We may share relevant information with Top Agent Realty agents and staff, service providers who support our operations, and third parties when necessary to fulfill your requests or comply with legal obligations.

Inquiries submitted through an individual agent's page may be delivered directly to that agent and maintained in the agent's business email or customer management systems.

4. Cookies, Tracking & Third-Party Services

Advertising tracking. Our websites do not currently use advertising pixels, conversion tags, or retargeting tools (such as Google Ads, Meta Pixel, or similar). We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertising networks. If we add advertising tracking in the future, we will update this policy before it is used and request consent where legally required.

Browser storage. We use your browser's local storage to save questionnaire progress so you can return later, remember language preferences on agent pages, and keep you signed in where applicable. This information stays on your device until you clear it.

Service providers that receive device information. To display maps, our pages load map images from OpenStreetMap and Mapbox. When you search for an address, the text you type is sent to Mapbox to suggest matches, and property details may be looked up through Melissa. These providers receive your IP address and browser information as part of delivering their service and handle it under their own privacy policies.

You can clear stored data or block cookies through your browser settings.

5. Communications & Your Choices

We may contact you regarding inquiries, services, or events you request. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the instructions provided or opt out of text messages by replying STOP. We obtain separate marketing consent where legally required.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

6. Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, although no online system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information as reasonably necessary for business operations, legal compliance, and applicable real estate brokerage recordkeeping requirements.

7. Third-Party Links & Children

External websites and services have their own privacy practices. Our websites are not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through our online forms.

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
