For years, the two of us, Jared Holm and Michael Blazek, were colleagues in Jacksonville real estate. Over the years, a common theme emerged in our conversations: every brokerage an agent could choose was missing something, and we were surprised by the lack of real choice agents had. And we thought we could change that.

Our industry is changing fast, and there's a need for a new kind of brokerage: one with the tools, support, and mentorship of the best traditional firms, delivered with lower overhead and better technology. So, we decided to build it.

Michael has spent fourteen years running real estate offices that feel like family. The kind of place where agents look forward to their day. With in-person agent support, great events, a golf simulator (yes, really) and an integrated vendor networking group, he's created at a great office environment at Top Agent Realty. Jared, an entrepreneur before he was a broker, built the model, the systems, and the math behind Top Agent Realty from the ground up.
